Incorporated since 1991, Business Intelligence Solutions Inc. provides value-based information solutions for I.T. management and data administration to a variety of vertical markets. Our activities include information systems planning, system integration, software quality improvement and bench marking, technical sales and installation, and project management services.

Building on this model and growing in extensive industry experience our marketing philosophy is to design cost effective "end-user" information solutions that emphasize supporting your organizations core business strategy. Our talented team constitute a "pool" of industry specialists whose focus is understanding organizational information and decision-making from strategic I.T. assessment, process control and work flow analysis through to complete project management and implementation.

Staffing and Expertise

We focus on understanding organizational information and decision-making from strategic I.T. perspective. Business Intelligence will complete initial assessment, determine process controls and recommend workflow improvements then complete and test software together with complete project management and implementation.

We currently have a staff of four. The staff has expertise in; project management, database design and development, system integration, website design and development and network support.

Jim P. Huebner, Founder
MCP, MBA, BA, AMCT(A), BEd

Jim obtained his MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, a BA from University of Waterloo, a BEd from University of Manitoba, as well as AMCT (municipal finance) and MCP certifications.

Jim has designed/directed business and IT projects for Bank of Montreal, Bayer Inc., Ciba-Geigy Ltd., StorageTek Inc., Thomas Cook Ltd., Viessman Int’l, among others. Jim’s strengths and experience include: strategic planning, process analyses, data warehousing, Internet systems, network migrations, financial and manufacturing systems, and benchmarking studies. Having consulted with several municipalities and government organizations, Jim has earned the Business-Engineering Development Association WLU Case competition award and the Conference Board of Canada 1994 National Award for Excellence in Business-Education Partnerships.

Heinz Mell, Project Manager

Heinz has been with Business Intelligence Solutions since September 2006.
